Svastha Yoga offers a range of yoga classes from our beautiful yoga studio in Auckland Central. Our classes incorporate mindful breathing synchronised with mindful movement. This is a powerful combination which will leave you feeling calm and refreshed at the end of each session. Over time, with continued practice you will:

This is a traditional and personalised approach to yoga where each person’s requirements and goals are catered to. Yoga for Beginners

If you are new to yoga or perhaps wanting a refresher, our beginners yoga course is the perfect place to start.

Over a period of 5 weeks, you will be introduced to the principles of a breath centred, mindful yoga practice.  You will increase your overall feeling of well-being and gain the confidence to attend open level classes.

Classes are taught in a relaxed and friendly setting by experienced teachers. Join us for our next course and start your journey towards improved health.
