Yoga for Health & Fitness
Discover the physical and emotional benefits of pregnancy yoga in a calm and supportive environment. Taught by caring and experienced teachers of the highest standard, our classes will support you through the various stages of pregnancy and beyond.
Different to a regular yoga class, yoga therapy sessions involve the adaptation and application of yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance and increase vitality.
Yoga for Beginners – 6 week course
Our beginners yoga course are designed with the absolute beginner in mind, but are also useful for anyone to refresh their understanding of the basics. Over the six weeks we will explore the principles of a well-rounded yoga practice. You will be introduced to a series of foundation postures, breath and movement principles to optimise the practice, pranayama (breathwork) and basic meditation. Build strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus whilst practicing in a relaxed and friendly group setting. Upon completion of the course students will have the experience, confidence and knowledge to attend any open or all levels yoga class.
