Our Yoga for Beginners courses are designed with the absolute beginner in mind, and are also useful if you are looking for a refresher course. Over the five weeks you will be taught the principles of a well-rounded yoga practice.
You will be introduced to a series of foundation postures, movement & alignment principles, useful breathing techniques and basic meditation.
