Taught by experienced teachers in a calm and supportive environment, our prenatal yoga classes will support you physically and emotionally as you prepare to welcome your baby into the world.
We offer personal consultations with trained yoga therapists to assist in reducing symptoms and restoring balance in those facing health challenges, injury or stress related issues.
Yoga for Beginners – 5 week introduction course
If you are new to yoga or perhaps wanting a refresher, our beginners course will give you a solid foundation from which to develop your practice.
You will be introduced to the principles of a breath centred, mindful yoga practice that will increase your overall feeling of well-being and give you the confidence to attend open level classes.
